1. Why the WE120 does not receive any message or it does not reply to commands?

Please check the following conditions:

  • Check that the SIM card is correctly inserted.
  • Check that the SIM card is not locked with a PIN.
  • Check that the GSM signal strength is sufficient.
  • If already registered as a user, check that the network operator service center number exists and is correct.

2. Why the WE120 does not close/open the digital outputs?

Please check the following conditions:

  • Check that the SIM card is correctly inserted.
  • Check that the SIM card is not locked with a PIN.
  • Check that the GSM signal strength is sufficient.
  • Check that the user is registered in the device and that he/she has the correct permissions to handle the digital outputs.

3. Why the WE120 does not send any type of message?

Please check the following conditions:

  • Check that the SIM card is correctly inserted.
  • Check that the SIM card is not locked with a PIN.
  • Check that the GSM signal strength is sufficient.
  • Check that the network operator service center number exists and is correct.
  • Check that the SIM card credit is not over.
